Retirement & Transition Planning Project

I originally explored a standalone Retirement Console, but it was not the tool I returned to. What proved useful was a dedicated ChatGPT Project that could retain the working context around my retirement and transition.

The durable record stays in Google Drive. I connect the relevant source documents to the project, then use the ongoing conversation to synthesize evidence, prepare questions, compare options, and develop working plans without starting over each time.

It is deliberately a private working environment rather than a public application. The point is continuity and source grounding: keeping the conversation close to the documents while leaving the consequential choices with me.

The ChatGPT Project is in active use for retirement and transition planning. I continue to add or refresh Drive sources as the situation changes and use the workspace to create the next brief, checklist, comparison, or set of questions I actually need.
